Audrey Robertson

Ms. Robertson serves as a member of the board of directors of Extraction Oil & Gas. She is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Franklin Mountain Energy, LLC, a private oil and gas company operating in the core of the Delaware Basin in southeast New Mexico. Previously, Ms. Robertson was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Copper Trail Partners, LLC, a $50 million energy and private equity platform based in Denver and focused on direct ownership of mineral and working interests in the Rocky Mountain region. She spent 13 years as a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, and prior to that, as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs & Co. Ms. Robertson is the co-founder of the Westside Women in Finance and former chairman of the board of advisors of ACE Scholarships. She is currently a trustee and board member of ACE Scholarships. Ms. Robertson remains an active member of the National Western Stock Show Association and is also involved with the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network, 85 Broads, YPO’s Rocky Mountain Chapter and the Women in Oil & Gas Association. She holds a degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
